Onsemi has been working with Innovative Circuits Engineering for over 10years. During this time, ICE was able to satisfy the requirements of New Product Development, especially in the area of HTOL (High Temp Operating Life), in which there were technical difficulties encountered. ICE was able to develop the necessary vector stimulation enabling onsemi to carry out the HTOL in time to meet qualification details and timeline. ICE has also developed software to pinpoint the location of a unit in the HTOL, which had helped understanding of unit behavior during the burn. In addition, ICE carried out Reliability services and assessments to enable onsemi to meet new product releases. The timeliness of these Reliability services was very important, and ICE was able to meet the release schedules. Thank you, ICE, for our success."
