Innovative Circuits Engineering, Inc. was incorporated in January 1991 with the vision to provide a wide range of IC Reliability Testing services to companies in the Silicon Valley. In line with this vision, it has continued to grow and expand its services over the years to meet customer-demands.
Today, the Company serves the needs of a wide range of customers in various service areas including: IC Qualification, Burn-in, HAST, Temp Cycle, Environmental Testing and many other IC Reliability Tests. It has a well-equipped ESD /Latch-Up and Failure Analysis Lab, as well as an established PCB Design and Assembly department. In recent years, it has added LED Life Testing and Automotive Reliability Testing to its service areas.

It has certification and accreditations that include ISO9001 & ISO17025, and ‘Laboratory Suitability’ awarded by DLA Land & Maritime.
