When Failure Analysis Level 2 services don’t provide enough data, the following Failure Analysis Level 3 tests are used:

4. Multipurpose Bond Tester (includes Bond pull and Ball Shear)
5. SEM/EDX analysis
6. Focused Ion Beam (FIB)
